INTRODUCTION
President’s Message
It is with great pleasure that I write as the President of the Independent Policy and Research Centre (IPRC). Our mission is to advance evidence-based policies for a prosperous and inclusive Pakistan. We aim to conduct policy-oriented research and analysis on national and international issues, providing informed recommendations to policymakers, civil society organizations, and the general public.

It leverages its expertise and engages with policymakers, civil society organizations, and the general public to achieve this vision. The IPRC aspires to be the leading policy institute in Pakistan, providing strategic foresight and evidence-based research on matters of national and international significance. It aims to contribute to the development of informed policies, foster dialogue and collaboration among stakeholders, and promote sustainable and inclusive growth.
OBJECTIVES
Conduct High-Quality Research:
Carry out rigorous and impartial research on key issues affecting Pakistan, including but not limited to economics, governance, education, healthcare, security, and the environment.
Inform Evidence-Based Policymaking:
Translate research findings into actionable policy recommendations and collaborate with government agencies, policymakers, and civil society to ensure evidence-based decision-making.
Promote Dialogue and Debate:
Facilitate a platform for informed public discourse, where policymakers, experts, and the public can engage in constructive discussions on pressing issues.
Capacity Building:
Develop the research and analytical skills of young scholars and professionals through training programmes and internships, fostering a new generation of policy experts.

Establish partnerships with international research institutions and think tanks to access global expertise and best practices.
